1. Acceptance of Terms

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Broward County, Florida.

YOU AND BEST VAPES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to legal@bestvapes.shop.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms or suspected fraud, age violation, or geographic violation. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19).
