Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the state of Florida only. We're a growing brand and have chosen to launch state-by-state so we can deliver fast, reliable service in every market we enter. As we expand, additional states will be added one at a time. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified the moment we open shipping in your area.
Why don't you ship outside Florida yet?
Vapes are governed by a patchwork of state laws, the federal PACT Act, and carrier restrictions. Rather than rush nationwide and cut corners, we're rolling out market by market so every order is fully compliant, properly age-verified, and delivered through the right carrier. Florida is home base — additional states are on the way.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes. By federal law (the PACT Act) and our own policy, anadult signature (21+)is required at delivery for all vape, nicotine, and hemp-derived product shipments. Please make sure someone of legal age is available to sign, or arrange to pick up your package at the carrier's hold location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination ZIP code, and selected shipping speed. Current standard rates:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 (typically 2–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $19.99 (typically 1–2 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping: On qualifying orders over $99.00 before tax

Do you offer a price match or lowest price guarantee?
Yes — we guarantee the lowest prices online on every product we carry, and we'll match any qualifying competitor's advertised price.
Price match excludes clearance, going-out-of-business, daily-deal, bundle, coupon-stacked, and pricing errors. We reserve the right to verify any price match request before approval.
