Shipping policy

1. Florida-Only Shipping

We ship exclusively to physical residential addresses located within the State of Florida. We do not ship to any address outside Florida under any circumstances, including for Florida residents who are temporarily traveling out of state.

We do not ship to:

  • Any address outside the State of Florida, including all other U.S. states, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses
  • P.O. Boxes (regardless of location)
  • Hotels, motels, short-term rentals, vacation rentals, or other temporary lodging
  • Freight forwarders, package consolidators, or reshipping services
  • Commercial mail receiving agencies (CMRAs)
  • College dormitories or other institutional addresses where adult signature cannot be guaranteed
  • Any address we determine, in our sole discretion, to be used to circumvent our Florida-only shipping restriction

Orders placed with non-qualifying addresses will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. We reserve the right to verify shipping addresses against public records and to cancel any order where the address cannot be confirmed as a Florida residential address.

2. Age Verification at Delivery (21+)

All shipments require an in-person adult signature at the time of delivery from a person who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age and who can present a valid government-issued photo ID confirming their age. This requirement applies to every shipment, no exceptions.

If no qualifying adult is present at the time of delivery attempt:

  • The carrier will not release the package
  • The package will be held at the local carrier facility for pickup, or a redelivery will be attempted
  • After the carrier's maximum number of attempts (typically 3), the package will be returned to us
  • Returned packages are subject to the restocking and refund terms in our Refund Policy; original shipping charges are non-refundable

We comply with all federal and Florida age-verification requirements for the sale and delivery of nicotine products.

3. Carriers

Due to federal and carrier-specific restrictions on the shipment of nicotine and vapor products, we use private and regional carriers that accept these products and that perform age verification at delivery.

The specific carrier used for your order will depend on your delivery address and product mix. The carrier and tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation and successful age verification. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders may be delayed if:

  • Age verification requires additional review
  • Shipping address verification is required
  • Payment authorization is pending
  • Inventory is being restocked
  • Florida or federal authorities request a hold or review

You will be notified by email of any significant delay.

5. Delivery Time

After processing, in-state Florida shipments typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and carrier routing. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control
  • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts or recipient unavailability
  • Holds for age verification at delivery

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination ZIP code, and selected shipping speed. Current standard rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 (typically 2-5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping: $19.99 (typically 1-2 business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping: On qualifying orders over $99.00 before tax

Rates are subject to change. The rate displayed at checkout is the rate you will be charged.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided or by contacting our customer service team. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Florida residential shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages lost or delayed due to address errors
  • Costs associated with reshipping to a corrected address
  • Packages stolen after successful delivery

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@bestvapes.shop. We can only modify shipping addresses if the order has not yet shipped, and any change must still be a qualifying Florida residential address.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Look around your property in case the carrier left it in an unusual location
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if the package cannot be located

We will work with the carrier to investigate, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery address where someone 21+ will be available to receive the package.

For packages that arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve through replacement or refund.

10. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Failure of an adult 21+ to be present after the carrier's maximum delivery attempts
  • Refusal at delivery
  • Address provided being incorrect, undeliverable, or non-Florida
  • Customer error in providing shipping information

We will refund the order to the original payment method, less original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Reshipping a returned package is not available; the customer must place a new order.

11. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request cancellation of an unshipped order by contacting us at support@bestvapes.shop as soon as possible. We will cancel and issue a full refund if the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned under our Refund Policy after delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for:

  • Failed age verification at checkout
  • Shipping address that cannot be confirmed as a qualifying Florida residential address
  • Suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or attempted circumvention of our policies
  • Inventory unavailability
  • Pricing or product errors

Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

12. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally under any circumstances.
