Return Window

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We're happy to process exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to product availability. Contact us before sending items back so we can confirm stock and provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to FDA regulations and health and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used e-liquid
  • Opened or used devices, pods, coils, or accessories
  • Sample packs or bundle deals, if any portion has been opened or used
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items not originally purchased from bestvapes.shop

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it through a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many hardware products (devices, batteries, mods) are covered by a manufacturer warranty that extends beyond our 30-day return window. If your device malfunctions outside our return period, please contact us and we'll help you file a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Age Verification & Order Cancellation

All orders are subject to age verification in compliance with federal and state law. Orders that fail age verification will be cancelled and refunded in full. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned under the terms above after delivery.

How to Start a Return

  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Ship to the address we provide, using a trackable service
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
