Earning points

You earn points on the merchandise you buy, after discounts. Tax, shipping, shipping protection and gift cards do not earn points. Points are added when your order ships. The current earning rate and rewards are shown in the Rewards panel and on your account's rewards page.

Orders placed without signing in

Points from an order placed without signing in are held under that order's email address. To add them to your account, sign in with an account using that email and follow the link we send from your rewards page.

Using points

Signed-in members can turn points into a discount code. Each code works once, only with your email address, on an order that meets the minimum shown, until the date shown, and cannot be combined with another discount code. Rewards are discounts on a purchase and cannot be used to get a product for free.

Referrals

A friend you refer gets a code for their first order, which must meet the minimum shown and ship to an address we have not shipped to before. You receive your points after your friend's first order is paid and ships. You cannot refer yourself.

Cancellations and refunds

If an order is canceled, the points it earned are taken back. If it is refunded, points are taken back in proportion to the refund. If you have already used those points, your balance can go below zero until you earn more.

Other terms

You must be 21 or older to take part. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and can only be used at this store. We may remove points earned through abuse or exclude an account from the program, and we may change or end the program at any time. The program is void where prohibited by law.
